On Sunday March 11th, Fair Food presents, Brewers Plate 2012, being held at the National Constitution Center from 5-9pm. Here you will be able to experience exquisite food and beer pairings from great local chefs and brewers. Now in its 8th year, this year’s event will have VIP guests that include:
Jose Garces, Bill Covaleski of Victory Brewing Co. and wine author and Daily News columnist, Marnie Old, The Bent Spoon, Birchrun Hills Farm, Bobolink Dairy, Choptank Oyster Company, Doe Run Dairy, Farm Fromage, Fork Restaurant, John & Kira’s, North Mountain Pastures, Suburashi Kudumono, and Zone 7.
Brewers Plate participants include:
Bar Ferdinand, Boxcar Brewing, Brauhaus Schmidt, Cabinet Artisanal Brewhouse, Capogiro Gelato, Dogfish Head Craft, Khyber Pass Pub, Pasta Strada, Tria, White Dog Café and Yards Brewing Company to name just a few.
Advance general admission tickets are $65 per person [$75 after February 10] and VIP tickets are $125. VIP tickets admit access to exclusive star-studded demos and interactive tastings focusing on cooking with beer.
